Two capsules per day, with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Ideally taken at a time separate from iron supplements to maximise the absorption of all ingredients.
If nausea is getting the better of you try opening the capsules and sprinkling the contents over your breakfast or juice.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
Advise your doctors of any medication you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.

This medication contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).
Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if cap or bottle seals are missing or broken.
