Change of mind

Due to Australian health regulations, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of Bump Plus due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Bump Plus will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where the product is either damaged or faulty and you are able to present your receipt.

Bump Plus reserves the right to not offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Changes to this return policy

Subject to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this return policy at any time. Updates are posted on the page and are effective immediately.
